Once upon a time, not very long ago, AliciaYSJ was superior in her school marching band as she was the President.
After a while, seriously not very long ago, she loses confidence and superiority as she got signed up as a committee by some random dude was asked the following questions that she had no idea how to answer:
1) Why did you sign up for committee?
2) What position are you signing up for?
3) From the scale of 1-5, what is your confidence level in getting the mentioned position?
AliciaYSJ may be superior once, but that doesn't mean she will still be. No matter what happens, she will still put full dedication to her passion and will do her best to overcome any circumstances on the way.
P/S: She dislikes interview because she never know how to really answer those questions directly. She tends to go out of topic and not general.
I don't know what else to say. I didn't know what a Human Resource does but just picked anyway because it seemed interesting. After getting to know about it, my confidence rose a little because I'm strong in holding onto my principle:
BAND is BAND, FRIEND is FRIEND!
